1. Overview
At Astrosaras we aim for every seeker to leave their reading or puja with clarity. Where the experience falls short of what was promised, we offer a fair refund process, described below.
This policy applies to all paid services purchased via Astrosaras — consultations, kundli reports, puja bookings, numerology readings and gemstone recommendations.
2. Refund Window
Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of payment and before the service has been substantially delivered, whichever comes first. Requests made after this window are reviewed at our sole discretion.
3. Eligible Cases

| Client cancels within 24 hours of scheduled consultation | No refund; one free reschedule offered |
4. Non-Refundable Services
The following are not eligible for refund once delivered or initiated:
- Completed consultations (audio, video or in-person) where the full scheduled time was honoured.
- Delivered written reports — kundli, numerology, matchmaking, dosha, gemstone reports — once shared with the seeker.
- Pujas that have been performed (samagri purchased and ritual completed).
- Gemstones, yantras and physical items already dispatched.
- Discounted or promotional bookings explicitly marked "non-refundable" at purchase.
- Dissatisfaction based purely on whether predictions match personal expectations — astrology offers guidance, not guarantees.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at hello@astrosaras.com within the refund window with:
- Your full name and registered phone/email.
- Order ID or payment transaction reference (from Razorpay receipt).
- Service purchased and date of purchase.
- Reason for the refund request.
Alternatively, WhatsApp us at +91 98765 43210 with the same details.
6. Processing Timeline
- Acknowledgement: within 24 working hours.
- Review & decision: within 3 working days.
- Refund credit: once approved, refunds are initiated within 5 working days via the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5–10 additional working days to reflect in your account.
UPI refunds typically reflect faster (1–3 days); card refunds may take longer.
7. Disputes
If a refund decision is contested, you may request escalation by writing to hello@astrosaras.com with the subject "Refund Escalation". Our senior team will respond within 7 working days.
For unresolved disputes after escalation, any legal remedy will follow the jurisdiction specified in our Terms & Conditions.
