1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Astrosaras website, mobile pages, or any service offered by us — including consultations, kundli reports, horoscope content, pujas, numerology, gemstone recommendations and calculators — you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms").

If you do not agree, please do not use the service. Continued use after changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

2. Services Offered

Astrosaras provides traditional Vedic astrology services, including but not limited to:

  • Personal consultations via phone, video or in-person.
  • Kundli (birth-chart) preparation, analysis and reports.
  • Daily, weekly and monthly horoscope content.
  • Numerology readings, name suggestions and lucky-name analysis.
  • Online puja booking and remote ritual coordination.
  • Matchmaking, dosha analysis, gemstone recommendations and muhurat selection.
  • Free calculators for educational purposes.

We reserve the right to add, modify or discontinue any service at our discretion.

3. User Obligations

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use paid services. Minors may use the site only under parent/guardian supervision.
  • You agree to provide accurate, complete and current information — especially birth date, time and place — which directly affects the quality of your reading.
  • You will not attempt to harm, hack, scrape, overload or circumvent the security of our website or systems.
  • You will not use Astrosaras content (predictions, articles, reports) for commercial resale or republication without written permission.
  • You will treat astrologers and staff with respect during consultations; abusive behaviour may result in immediate termination without refund.

4. Payments

All payments are processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We do not store full card or UPI details on our servers.

  • Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. Applicable GST is added at checkout where required.
  • Payment must be completed before consultation, report delivery, or puja scheduling.
  • If payment fails or is reversed, the corresponding service may be withheld or cancelled.

5. Disclaimer

Astrology, numerology and Vedic remedies are offered as traditional guidance based on ancient texts and the experience of our practitioners. Predictions, readings and remedies are not a substitute for:

  • Medical, psychological or psychiatric advice.
  • Legal or financial counsel.
  • Professional career, marital or family counselling.

You bear sole responsibility for decisions made based on our guidance. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, profit, marriage, recovery, or remedy efficacy. Always seek qualified professional advice for medical, legal or financial matters.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Astrosaras — including text, graphics, logos, icons, audio, video, software, design tokens and the underlying source code — is the property of Astrosaras or its licensors, protected by copyright, trademark and other laws of India.

You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, scrape or create derivative works without prior written consent.

The "Astrosaras" name and logo are trademarks; unauthorised use is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Astrosaras, its founders, employees and astrologers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill or other intangible losses — arising from:

  • Your use or inability to use the service.
  • Reliance on any prediction, reading, remedy or content.
  • Unauthorised access to or alteration of your data.
  • Any third-party conduct on the platform.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, within the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or abusive behaviour. You may stop using the service at any time; obligations that survive termination (such as payment obligations, IP rights and liability limits) continue.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India.

If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
